Open Question: Its about my period please give me info or help me? Please you guys?

Hey guys chat rooms 13.5 feet, 82 pounds. I had my time was 12, I was 80 punds, but I lost it from anorexia. (Back now:) I started about a month prior notice by thick white discharge and im very few pimples .. I do not really have any symptoms, but I just want to get it so I have a normal happy life. What can I do tomake my period come? Please give me information? ? Pastor I see a doctor Monday, she said: wait about 6 months to 1 year .. but that is too long! : (Please help (:
